1. General
By placing an order on K-Flower Delivery Seoul, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Product Availability and Substitution
All products are subject to availability. Due to the seasonal nature of certain flowers and items, some products may differ slightly from the reference pictures shown on the website. If certain flowers or items are unavailable due to seasonal availability, we will substitute them with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic of your chosen arrangement.

If the requested items are unavailable for delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.

3. Delivery
We offer delivery to specified locations within our service area. Deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that the recipient’s address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or the absence of a recipient at the specified delivery time.

  • Delivery Times: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the selected delivery window. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Personal Deliveries
For orders with our personal delivery option (where a delivery person hand-delivers the flowers), we strive to ensure a pleasant and timely experience. We will knock or ring the doorbell to deliver the flowers directly. If the recipient is unavailable and cannot be reached, the order may be left in a secure place.

5. Cancellations and Modifications
Orders can only be canceled or modified up to 4 days before the scheduled delivery date. Any cancellations or changes must be made via our business email. We cannot guarantee changes requested within 4 days of the delivery date.

6. Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, we strive to ensure the highest quality. If there is an issue with your order, such as damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will evaluate your claim and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

7. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website include applicable taxes. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods provided on our site.

8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. All personal information collected during checkout will be used solely to process your order and deliver the products.
